Social and Emotional Wellness

School counselors provide short-term support to help students manage stress, navigate personal challenges, and build healthy coping skills. They're a safe, confidential resource when students need someone to talk to or help working through a tough time.

When ongoing or more intensive support is needed, counselors work closely with our school social workers and can help connect students and families to the right resources through a referral process.
